Ice Cream has to be one of my favourite sweet treats. I’m not sure how I’ve missed out on the no-churn ice cream craze so far. I mean, I love trying new ice creams when we travel and I’ve never met a DQ Blizzard I didn’t like.
Now, I won’t turn down plain ice cream but my favourite ice creams have STUFF in them. Little bits of fruit or candies are my favourite. So it should be no surprise that my first no-churn ice cream recipe would be one for Almond Joy No-Churn Ice Cream. Chocolate, coconut and almonds for the win!
