Sure. If you hate deep frying, give them a spin in your air fryer. I would spritz them with cooking spray first so you get a crispy outside.

Where Do I Find Egg Roll Wrappers?

Check the refrigerated section at your grocery store where they sell tofu, noodles, etc. Can’t find them? You can also make Egg Roll Wrappers from scratch!

Can I Use Canned Peaches

I much prefer frozen peaches because they retain the same “tooth” as fresh peaches while canned don’t. However, you can definitely use them. Just drain them and continue on with the recipe. You may need less sugar depending on the type of canned peaches you used.

You will need the following to make these handheld treats:

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Peaches (either fresh or frozen work fine)
  • Brown sugar
  • Water
  • Corn starch
  • Vanilla extract
  • Butter
  • Granulated sugar
  • Ground cinnamon

Step-by-Step Instructions To Make Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls

Okay, folks (and especially those of you who have a sweet tooth!): here is my amazing recipe for Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls. It’s time to roll up those sleeves… let’s get cooking!

Ingredients

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 ¼ cups fresh or frozen peaches, chopped
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (if you’d like it sweeter, double the sugar by making it a ½ cup)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

Begin by slicing and dicing your peaches into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, add corn starch and water. Stir with a fork.

Add peaches to a large pan, followed by brown sugar and water/corn starch mixture.

Cook over medium heat and stir until the peach mixture thickens and becomes bubbly.

Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Set aside.

Next, prepare the egg roll wraps by adding 1-2 tbsp of the peach mixture into the center of each wrap.

Use water to seal the edges. Fold the egg roll wrap according to the instructions on the package.

In a separate bowl or on a plate, prepare your cinnamon sugar by mixing together the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. To test if the oil is hot enough by placing the handle of a wooden spoon into the oil. If the oil bubbles, it is ready.

Fry the peach eggrolls for 3-4 mins on each side until crispy.

Remove from oil, drain on paper towels for 2-3 mins.

Toss the egg rolls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!
