Kananaskis Camping!

Camping, camping, camping….we so love the camping! We went camping in Kananaskis this weekend with 3 other families. We had lots more people when this trip was planned so we had the group site. Unfortunately, everyone canceled but our 4 families so we had the entire (HUGE) group site to ourselves. It was a bit pricier b/c of this but definitely worth it. It was so nice to let the kids run without worrying about traffic/dogs/weird people! We all had a blast! I can’t wait to go camping for a week in August!

And they’re off! Kate, Daniel & Evan ran full throttle all weekend!

Andrea and Lauren

Getting Monkey strapped in for some stroller drag racing. Kate, Daniel and Evan all have (pink) strollers. It is high on the list of favorite toys for all of them. Who knew?

Making breakfast tacos….Yummy!

Nothing like playing in the gravel with your favorite dump truck!

Kate shares her frozen yogurt tube with Daniel.. Kate & Daniel treated the weekend as their own private “all you can eat” buffet. If only we could get Evan to eat….. 🙂

Will relaxing. He is getting so grown up these days. He was a big help this weekend!

Nicole and Madeleine are best buds & inseparable.

Hanging out with Daddy and enjoying a popsicle (or pah-sick-el as Evan says).

Everyone loved the lake….or at least visiting the lake. The water was COLD (or so they tell me b/c I did not go in). Evan tried his best to throw all the rocks from the shore into the water. Thankfully there are a few left for next time. 😉

Nicole loved throwing sticks and rocks for Mara to chase.

We celebrated Jeff and Daniel’s birthdays this weekend. Jeff was a good sport about having to have a Thomas the Train cake for his birthday. 🙂
There are many, many more great pictures from this weekend but I must get to bed. You can check them all out here.

Love camping with a trailer. We;ll be doing some of that this summer too.

Max says Popsicle the same way. Too cute.
