I know, I know…we just got done with Easter but here is a great way to use up some of those Reese cups lying around your house (that or send them to meeeee…they are my favourite). Check out this delicious Reese Cup Stuffed Cookie Bar Recipe that will use up a bunch of them AND have your family jumping for joy.
Reese Cup Stuffed Cookie Bar Recipe

- 1 Bag Reese Minatures (210 gram), you can also use full size Reese Cups
- 1 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- ¾ cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cup Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 eggs
Combine all ingredients except the Reeses in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
In a 2-quart square pan, place half of your mixture into the greased pan and spread it out until it’s a thin even layer.
Place Reeses in tight rows until they make a full layer.
Pour the rest of your flour mixture over the Reeses and carefully spread it until it’s even and covering all the Reeses. Chop about 4-5 of the Reeses into small pieces and sprinkle over the top. Place in the oven at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Easy peasy and super yummy! Now pour a big glass of milk and ENJOY.
