Looking for something fun to do this December? Buy tickets to Alberta Dance Theatre’s production of “An Impossible Question Means a Journey”. The show sounds like a blast. The dancers are joined by Zen Master Panda for a journey into mindfulness. Stories of generosity, friendship and fate are woven together through dance arts and theatrical storytelling. 43 dancers and their Zen Master Panda uncover a whilmsical yet accessible perspective on mindfulness and Zen. A fun way to experience the arts with the entire family AND support these great dancers.
Oh, and did you know the show will be at Decidedly Jazz studios which was recently featured in a National Geogrphic article about Calgary. Super cool plus the architecture is amazing.

An Impossible Question Means A Journey
Alberta Dance Theatre is a non-profit, non-competitive performing company for youth based in Calgary and supported by the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, Calgary Arts Development and The City of Calgary. Each year, ADT provides children with an opportunity to express their creativity through dance in a professional production of quality artistic accomplishment and pride.
In this seasons performance, Alberta Dance Theatre is joined by a zen master panda for a journey into mindfulness. Stumbled upon by the ADT dancers, Pan imparts his wisdom to those around him through ancient stories and anecdotes revealing tales of zen and impossible questions. Stories of generosity, friendship and fate are woven together into a contemplative journey for both dancers and audience. Through shadow puppets, starfish, monks, a giant snow globe, 43 dancers and a zen master panda, Alberta Dance Theatre uncovers a whimsical yet accessible perspective on mindfulness and zen.
