Bacon Parmesan Baked Chicken Recipe
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Drizzle vegetable oil
- Pinch salt
- Pinch pepper
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and chopped
- 5 Tbsps parmesan cheese
- 2 cup steamed broccoli
- 2 sliced cooked potato
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- First, cut chicken breasts in half through the center leaving four breast sized pieces that are half as thick.
- Then place chicken breasts pieces in a baking dish that has been oiled with the vegetable oil. Spice it with garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until chicken is done and no longer pink.
