Cinnamon Oat Pancakes Recipe
We eat a LOT of pancakes around our house. The kids love them but I must admit I get a bit tired of them. This weekend I decided to change it up a bit. I found this recipe from Canadian Living online and thought I'd give it a whirl.

Recipe Notes: These were a big hit. I found that the batter was quite thick so I spread it out when I put it in the pan to fry. This kept the pancakes from being super, super thick. They still rose quite a bit so I think it worked out great.

I love Canadian Living....the next time Tim is home I will try these!
i love it
made these twice now, they are awesome - even Shawn liked them:) Might try some grated apple in them to sneak in some fruit.
