Christmas shopping is always stressful for me. Figuring out what people will actually want and use plus fitting in the shopping time is HARD. Add in COVID and this year is even worse. I decided that I am going to make even more of a conscious effort to shop local and you should too. For those of you in Alberta, consider a drive to Bentley, Alberta. It’s halfway between Calgary and Edmonton so it is a great road trip for both! Plus there are lots of things to do in winter too!

Why Bentley? Well, we are a tiny town with big appeal! You can shop without stepping foot in a mall and find great gifts for everyone on your list. Need ideas? Well, I’m glad you asked! Coffee, Tea and Treats – At The Drop Coffee & Tea, we pride ourselves on offering fresh locally roasted coffee. Being a take-out-only shop, we take time to research and use only compostable and/or recyclable cups, lids, straws and containers.

We have fresh baked goods daily, locally produced honey and a variety of fresh or frozen meats. For this holiday season, we will have sample size as well as large bags of our specialty roasted coffee and stocking stuffer size packages of hot chocolate buttons. Not sure what to buy?
