The Instant Pot seemed to be on the top of many people’s Christmas and Boxing Day shopping lists. I purchased one right before Christmas but I must admit that I haven’t used it much…mostly thanks to the fact that I left it at the lake when we came home.

I have an instant pot that I only use for one meal. I need to branch out and try more of them. I"m sure I can find something for my picky husband on this list.
