Holiday mornings are always busy but everyone still needs to eat. We love to make an overnight breakfast casserole for our holiday breakfast. I layer all the ingredients into the pan the night before, refrigerate and then pop it in the oven in the morning. It cooks while we open presents, hunt for Easter eggs or make coffee for guests. That’s right, an overnight breakfast casserole isn’t just for the holidays, it is also great for when you have houseguests.
